Who invoices the client?
For white-label delivery, you invoice your client. Our agreement and invoice cover the software scope we deliver for your agency.
Will you contact our client directly?
Only with your approval. We agree who attends meetings, which communication channels are used and how the work is presented.
Can you join a technical scoping call?
Yes. We can join an agreed technical discussion in the role you approve, or work from your brief and feed questions through you.
What if the client changes the scope?
We describe the impact on cost and timeline, and agree the change with you before starting the additional work.
What happens after launch?
Deployment, documentation and handover follow the agreed scope. Ongoing support, response times and operating costs are agreed separately.
