Questions before we start
How much does a project cost?
We agree a fixed price against a written scope. The quote identifies delivery milestones, third-party costs and any separate ongoing support.
How long will delivery take?
We confirm the delivery plan after reviewing the workflow and dependencies. Scope changes and external approvals are handled explicitly.
Do we need a custom application or can we use DMtoLead?
We start with that decision. If DMtoLead already covers the workflow, configuring it may be the right scope. A custom project is for requirements that need additional interfaces, data connections or behaviour.
Can our team take over a conversation?
Yes. Human handoff and the conditions that trigger it are part of the workflow we scope and review.
Can you connect our product or booking information?
We review the available data source and access first. The assistant should use approved business information and have an agreed response when information is missing.
Can you deliver under our agency’s name?
Yes. For white-label engagements, your agency retains the client relationship and billing. We agree the software scope with you and only communicate with your client with your approval.
