We take over half-built web and mobile apps when a freelancer or agency has stopped, the build is stuck at “90% done”, or a no-code or AI-built prototype has hit its limits. We start by finding out what state the project is really in, then agree a fixed price to finish it.
Your accounts and code back under your control, a clear view of what can be kept, and a working product delivered against an agreed scope.
What can the scope include?
Access first: domains, hosting, app store and API accounts moved into your name.
Code, architecture, security and data review, with a written report of what to keep and what to rebuild.
A fixed-price plan to finish the agreed scope.
Completion, testing, deployment and handover, with weekly working versions.
What needs separate agreement?
Recovering accounts or code that the previous supplier will not release.
Disputes with the previous supplier.
Platforms we do not work with, including Bubble, WeWeb and Xano.
Ongoing maintenance and hosting costs unless included in the quote.
Work behind the offer.
Taking over an existing platform is familiar work: our team contributed to the web and backend development of Leesman’s existing platform, and HeyNews is a product we built end to end.
Client engagement
Leesman
Leesman is a UK-based company that helps organizations understand employees’ workplace experience through surveys. Our team’s work through Hekotech contributed to the web and backend development of its existing platform.
An AI-assisted newsletter platform for writers. It uses examples of a writer’s work as context to help prepare new drafts in a style suited to that writer.
You keep the client relationship and invoice your client. We deliver the agreed software under your brand, with a fixed scope and quote for your proposal. Client contact happens only with your approval.

What should you send us?
What was being built, for whom, and what is not working.
A link to the app, the repository or both, if you have them.
Which accounts you control today: domain, hosting, app stores, third-party services.
Your deadline and anything already promised to customers or investors.
Questions before we start
How much does a project cost?+
We agree a fixed price against a written scope. The quote identifies delivery milestones, third-party costs and any separate ongoing support.
How long will delivery take?+
We confirm the delivery plan after reviewing the workflow and dependencies. Scope changes and external approvals are handled explicitly.
Which technologies can you take over?+
Web and mobile apps built with common stacks such as React, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Python, Firebase and Supabase. Send us the details and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
What if the code is beyond saving?+
The review tells you that before you spend more. If rebuilding is cheaper or safer, the plan says so, and the fixed price covers the rebuild instead.
Do we keep the code and the accounts?+
Yes. Moving domains, hosting and service accounts into your name is the first step, and the code is yours.
Can you deliver under our agency’s name?+
Yes. For white-label engagements, your agency retains the client relationship and billing. We agree the software scope with you and only communicate with your client with your approval.
