What should the finished work do?

A defined path from a physical event to a useful application, with commands flowing back where the project needs them.

What can the scope include?

  • Device interfaces, sample data and command-path review.
  • Cloud backends, APIs, notifications and integrations.
  • Web dashboards and companion mobile apps within the agreed scope.
  • Working demonstrations, acceptance checks, deployment and handover.

What needs separate agreement?

  • Hardware supply, manufacturing and installation.
  • Safety certification or medical validation.
  • Unspecified firmware changes and integrations.
  • Ongoing maintenance, connectivity and hosting costs unless included in the quote.

Work behind the offer.

Our hardware examples are working demos and research prototypes. Each case study states its status and limitations.

Working behind your agency.

You keep the client relationship and invoice your client. We deliver the agreed software under your brand, with a fixed scope and quote for your proposal. Client contact happens only with your approval.

Questions before we start

How much does a project cost?

We agree a fixed price against a written scope. The quote identifies delivery milestones, third-party costs and any separate ongoing support.

How long will delivery take?

We confirm the delivery plan after reviewing the workflow and dependencies. Scope changes and external approvals are handled explicitly.

Can you work with our existing device or PLC?

We start with the model, interface documentation and a sample of its data or commands. That lets us check the integration before committing to a scope.

Can the project include web and mobile apps?

Yes. We can scope the application alongside its backend and device connection, so the user flow and the physical system are designed together.

Are the research prototypes commercial medical devices?

No. The EEG wheelchair and Smart Bra are research prototypes. They do not establish clinical performance or market-ready medical-device status.

Can you deliver under our agency’s name?

Yes. For white-label engagements, your agency retains the client relationship and billing. We agree the software scope with you and only communicate with your client with your approval.
